Shore Orthopaedic Group is Going Green, and we need your help. As part of our initiative to reduce our carbon footprint, Shore Orthopaedic Group is launching their Patient Portal.

The Shore Orthopaedic Patient Portal is a healthcare website that provides you with a fast, reliable and easy to use method of communicating with your medical provider. With the patient portal, you can connect with your doctor through a convenient, safe and secure environment.

With Patient Portal, you will have access to:

  • Appointments: Request & keep track of appointments
  • Medication: Request prescription refills
  • Personal Health Records: View your personal health records
  • Billing: Pay bills online; View Statements

Enrollment Process

To enroll simply contact the practice and provide them with your name, and email address. The practice will provide you with an eight-digit token number to create your Patient Portal account, and will send you an email that contains a link to their Patient Portal website.

Please keep in mind, the token is only valid for 30 days, if you don't enroll within that time period the token expires and you will need to contact us for another token.

Q: What happens if I forget my email or password for the Patient Portal?

A: If you fail to log in to your NextGen patient Portal account with four continuous failed attempts, with an incorrect password, the system locks your account. However, the system automatically unlocks your account after 20 minutes.

If you forget your password or email you can reset your password using:

  • Your username and forgot password answer
  • Your demographic information

When the log-in page displays, click the “Need help with your username and password” link and follow the directions.
