Conditions in the neck and spine can be dehabilitating, causing a large impact on quality of life. Acute and chronic low back pain starts in the low back and can radiate to other parts of the body, including the hips, buttocks and/or thigh areas. Pain can be mild to severe. Other spine conditions include degenerative conditions (herniated discs, spinal steonsis and others) and spinal infections and tumors.
Neck conditions can originate from conditions of the cervical spine, that is the vertebrae located at the base of the skull. Cervical stenosis, cervical radicuplathy (where a nerve root in the neck is pinched or injured), herniated discs and other conditions can all cause discomfort and life-affecting pain.
At Shore Orthopaedic Group, we are dedicated to the latest treatments in neck and spine injuries and conditions to get you back to living a full life.
